GRAPETIZER - THOMAS JOHNSON USA 2009 Flowers Mid season 35"

Tall Bearded Iris

Hints of white plicata sanding wash over the centres of satiny dark purple black standards. Styles are near black. Heavily ruffled pristine white falls are set off by one inch dark purple black plicata bands and dotting with a sparse peppering over centres and thin dart at ends of dark purple beards. Three well spaced branches carry 6-7 buds. Strong growth and increase. Nice advancement in overall quality of black and white plicatas. (Storm Track X Blackberry Tease)

Iris flowering season commences in early October  and if weather conditions are ideal can continue well into November. Orders will not be dispatched until after flowering, it is important the rhizome is given time to put on growth after flowering so we aim to dig your order early December, weather permitting. Our rhizomes are trimmed washed, sanitised and left a day or two to dry, this makes your buying experience a positive one.

This variety was replanted and therefore will not be dispatched until after flowering, it is important the rhizome is given time to put on growth after flowering so we like to wait until at least the 1st week of December, this makes your buying experience a positive one.
